Our Team

KireLinK Consulting was founded in 2025 (the name symbolizes Key + Ireland + Link) by a group of senior experts from China with deep roots in the Irish and China-EU Markets. The partner team collectively possess over sixty years of cross-border corporate service experience and are able to provide clients with professional, efficient, and robust one-stop market entry and compliance support.

Yi Wang (王翌)

Mr. Yi Wang has over 20 years of experience in the internet and venture capital sectors. Early in his career, he worked at a leading Chinese IT media outlet, covering the internet industry report and he participated in startup projects for many times. He ventured into venture capital in 2008 and joined Qihoo 360, a top internet security firm, in 2010, where he established and led the Strategic Investment Department as its first Investment Director until 2014.

After leaving 360, Mr. Yi Wang founded Yuanchuangpai (China's largest entrepreneurial partner community) and Touyuanbang (China's earliest entrepreneurial support community), and incubated and supported over 400 startup projects. Through years of entrepreneurial and investment practice, he developed the 18-month startup cycle theory and accumulated extensive industry resources and hands-on experience.

After moving his residence to Ireland, Mr. Yi Wang shifted his focus to supporting Chinese companies expanding overseas, specializing in AI, smart hardware, robotics, cross-border e-commerce, and SaaS. In 2025, he co-founded KireLinK Consulting to provide China’s tech companies with one-stop market entry and compliance support for the European (including the UK) market.

Changlong Zhu (朱昌龙)

Mr. Changlong Zhu is a member of the Fellowship of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds an ACCA Practising Certificate from the organization. He previously worked at the international renowned enterprise ICON PLC and the accounting firm JPA Brenson Lawlor, with over a decade ofaccounting and auditing experience.

Having lived and worked in Ireland for over 20 years, Mr. Zhu has deep expertise in the tax, financial, and legal systems of Ireland, the EU, the UK and the USA and other major developed economies, with extensive case experience serving cross-border enterprises across industries.

In 2025, he co-founded KireLinK Consulting to provide Chinese enterprises with professional, compliant, and sustainable cross-border financial and corporate services.

You Tang (汤悠)

Ms. You Tang has over 10 years of experience in multinational corporate channel and key account management, and ever worked at TNT China, Sony Ericsson, and Li-Ning China. In 2016, she started to enter the internet startup investment service field, has been deeply involving in operating the "Touyuanbang" community and supporting hundreds of startups, accumulating rich entrepreneurial mentoring and business development experience.

Since 2022, Ms. You Tang has been frequently traveling between China and Ireland, focusing on providing Chinese companies with market entry and management services for European (including UK) markets. In 2025, she co-founded KireLinK Consulting as a founding partner, primarily responsible for client relations and market expansion, committed to becoming a long-term partner for Chinese entrepreneurs expanding into Europe.
